布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶對(duì)青貯玉米秸稈品質(zhì)影響研究

Effects of 顆粒機(jī)Lactobacillus buchneri and Cellulase on the Quality of Silage Corn Straw

【摘要】為研究布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶對(duì)青貯玉米秸稈粗飼料發(fā)顆粒機(jī)酵品質(zhì)和有氧穩(wěn)定性的影響,分別設(shè)置CK組(空白對(duì)照組)、LB組(布氏乳桿菌組)、ENZ組(纖維素酶組)及LB+ENZ組(布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶共同處理組)的玉米秸稈青貯發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)。發(fā)酵45 d后取樣進(jìn)行青顆粒機(jī)貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)感官綜合評(píng)價(jià),測(cè)定pH值、有機(jī)酸含量、微生物活菌數(shù)、水溶性碳水化合物含量、中性洗滌纖維含量及酸性洗滌纖維含量等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,LB組、ENZ組、LB+ENZ組感官綜合評(píng)分比對(duì)照組提高20.3顆粒機(jī)1%、14.06%和25.00%;LB組和LB+ENZ組酵母菌分別降至2.23×103、7.10×102CFU/g FM,明顯低于CK組和ENZ組;LB組和LB+ENZ組布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶的添加顯著顆粒機(jī)(P<0.05)提高了青貯飼料中乙酸的含量,抑制丙酸的產(chǎn)生,顯著(P<0.05)降低乳酸/乙酸值和氨態(tài)氮(NH3-N)含量;ENZ組和LB+ENZ組布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶的添加對(duì)酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的顆粒機(jī)降解比較顯著(P<0.05),對(duì)中性洗滌纖維(NDF)的降解無(wú)顯著差異(P>0.05),提高水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量;LB+ENZ組、LB組、ENZ組青貯玉米秸稈有氧穩(wěn)定性時(shí)間較CK組分別提高了顆粒機(jī)312.36%、250.56%、87.64%,且各組間差異均顯著(P<0.05)。LB和ENZ聯(lián)合添加,可提高青貯玉米秸稈的發(fā)酵品質(zhì)和有氧穩(wěn)定性。

【Abstract】The objective of 顆粒機(jī)this study was to assess the effects of the addition of Lactobacillus buchneri and cellulase on ferm顆粒機(jī)entative quality and aerobic stability of silage corn straw. A fermentative experiment using silage 顆粒機(jī)corn straw as raw material was conducted with four groups: control group (CK), Lactobacillus buchner顆粒機(jī)i addition group (LB), cellulase addition group (ENZ), and Lactobacillus buchneri + cellulase combin顆粒機(jī)ative addition group (LB + ENZ). After a 45-day-long fermentation, the fermented silage corn straw s顆粒機(jī)amples of different groups were collected for comprehensive sensory evaluation of fermentative quali顆粒機(jī)ty. The pH value, organic acid content, viable bacterial cell count, water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC顆粒機(jī)) content, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content and acid detergent fiber (ADF) content were determi顆粒機(jī)ned and statistically compared. The results showed that the comprehensive sensory score of LB group,顆粒機(jī) ENZ group and LB + ENZ group was 20.31%, 14.06% and 25.00% higher than that of CK group, respective顆粒機(jī)ly. The viable yeast counts of LB group and LB + ENZ group were decreased to 2.23 × 103 CFU/g FM and顆粒機(jī) 7.10 × 102 CFU/g FM, respectively, and both of them were obviously lower than those of CK group and顆粒機(jī) ENZ group. Compared with CK group, LB group and LB + ENZ group had significantly ( P < 0.05) increa顆粒機(jī)sed acetic acid content, and had significantly ( P < 0.05) reduced lactic acid/acetic acid and ammon顆粒機(jī)ia nitrogen (NH3-N) content; the production of propionic acid of LB group and LB + ENZ group was als顆粒機(jī)o inhibited. Compared with CK group, ENZ group and LB + ENZ group had significantly ( P < 0.05) bett顆粒機(jī)er degradation effect on ADF, while no significant( P > 0.05) difference in degradation effect on ND顆粒機(jī)F was observed; the WSC contents of ENZ group and LB + ENZ group were elevated. The aerobic stabilit顆粒機(jī)y time of LB + ENZ group, LB group and ENZ group was increased by 312.36%, 250.56% and 87.64% compar顆粒機(jī)ed with CK group, respectively, and statistically significant ( P < 0.05) inter-group differences am顆粒機(jī)ong the four groups were observed. In conclusion, the combinative addition of Lactobacillus buchneri顆粒機(jī) and cellulase can improve the fermentative quality and aerobic stability of silage corn straw.

Development of Pelletized Feed Preparation Technology by Combinatorial Use 顆粒機(jī)of a Small Feed Blender and a Flat Die Granulator

【摘要】[目的]研究JB-300型精飼料攪拌機(jī)和300型平模顆粒機(jī)組合使用制備牛羊精補(bǔ)料顆粒飼料的最佳顆粒機(jī)工藝參數(shù)。[方法]測(cè)定不同攪拌時(shí)間、裝載系數(shù)對(duì)飼料混合均勻度的影響;確定攪拌混合工藝參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,測(cè)定不同玉米粉碎粒度、水分含量對(duì)顆粒飼料成型率的影響。以??字睆健⒂衩追鬯榱6群退趾繛闇y(cè)定因素,以顆粒機(jī)成型率和硬度的綜合加權(quán)評(píng)分值為指標(biāo),確定制備顆粒飼料的最優(yōu)組合參數(shù)。[結(jié)果]攪拌時(shí)間為10 min、20 min的變異系數(shù)均顯著(P<0.05)低于攪拌5 min和15 min。裝載系數(shù)為80%時(shí),變顆粒機(jī)異系數(shù)顯著(P<0.05)低于裝載系數(shù)為70%和60%。玉米粉碎粒度為2 mm和4 mm時(shí),顆粒飼料成型率顯著(P<0.05)高于玉米粉碎粒度為6 mm和8 mm。水分含量為10%和13%時(shí),顆粒飼料顆粒機(jī)成型率顯著(P<0.05)高于水分含量為16%和19%。影響正交試驗(yàn)綜合加權(quán)平均分值的??字睆健⒂衩追鬯榱6?、水分含量的極差分別為18.76、1.64和3.47。[結(jié)論]JB—300型精飼料攪拌機(jī)混合顆粒機(jī)飼料最佳參數(shù):裝載系數(shù)為80%、攪拌時(shí)間為10 min;300型平模顆粒機(jī)制作精補(bǔ)料顆粒飼料最佳參數(shù):??字睆綖? mm(壓縮比為6)、玉米粉碎粒度為4 mm、水分含量為13%。

【Abstract】[顆粒機(jī)Objective] To determine the best process parameters for preparing pelletized supplementary concentra顆粒機(jī)te feed of cow and sheep by combinatorial use of a concentrate blender (JB-300 type) and a flat die 顆粒機(jī)granulator (300 type). [Method] The impacts of varied mixing time and loading coefficients on feed b顆粒機(jī)lending uniformity were examined. Based on the determined process parameters of blending and mixing,顆粒機(jī) the effects of different corn particle sizes and moisture content on the molding rate of pelletized顆粒機(jī) feed were assessed. To determine the best combinatorial parameters for preparing pelletized feed, t顆粒機(jī)he die hole diameter, corn particle size, and moisture content were used as base measurement factors顆粒機(jī), and the comprehensive weighted score of molding rate and hardness were used as the evaluative inde顆粒機(jī)x in the orthogonal test. [Result] When the blending time was set to 10 min or 20 min, the variation顆粒機(jī) coefficients were significantly (P < 0.05) lower than those when it was set to 5 min or 15 min. The顆粒機(jī) variation coefficient was significantly lower (P < 0.05) when the loading coefficient was 80% than 顆粒機(jī)that when it was 70% or 60%. The molding rate of pelletized feed was significantly ( P < 0.05) highe顆粒機(jī)r when the corn particle size was 2 mm or 4 mm than that when it was 6 mm or 8 mm. When the moisture顆粒機(jī) content was 10% or 13%, the molding rate of pelletized feed was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher th顆粒機(jī)an that when it was 16% or 19%. The extreme differences in die hole diameter, corn particle size, an顆粒機(jī)d moisture content affecting the comprehensive weighted average score of the orthogonal test were 18顆粒機(jī).76, 1.64, and 3.47, respectively. [Conclusion] The optimal parameters of the JB-300 type concentrat顆粒機(jī)e blender for feed mixing were loading at 80% and mixing for 10 min. The die hole diameter of 4 mm (顆粒機(jī)compression ratio of 6), the corn particle size of 4 mm, and moisture content of 13% were the best s顆粒機(jī)pecifications of the 300-type flat die granulator for preparing pelletized supplementary concentrate顆粒機(jī).

Effects of Different Levels of Grape Seed Pomace on in Vi顆粒機(jī)tro Gas Production, Fermentation Parameters, Nutrient Digestibility and Growth Performance of Simmen顆粒機(jī)tal Cattle

【摘要】[目的]研究用不同水平葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補(bǔ)充料中部分玉米和棉粕對(duì)西門(mén)塔爾牛體外瘤胃發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣量、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)體外消化率、發(fā)酵參數(shù)及生長(zhǎng)性能的影響。[方法]試驗(yàn)采用模擬瘤胃體外培顆粒機(jī)養(yǎng)技術(shù),以4%、8%、12%和16%葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補(bǔ)充料中部分玉米和棉粕,測(cè)定各組日糧體外產(chǎn)氣量、發(fā)酵參數(shù)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)體外消化率及肉牛生長(zhǎng)性能。[結(jié)果]隨著體外發(fā)酵時(shí)間的增加,累計(jì)產(chǎn)氣量呈遞增趨勢(shì)顆粒機(jī),12%葡萄籽渣組產(chǎn)氣量最大,各組之間72 h總產(chǎn)氣量差異不顯著(P>0.05);產(chǎn)氣后人工瘤胃培養(yǎng)液pH值、NH3-N濃度和菌體蛋白含量各組無(wú)顯著(P>0.05)差異,試驗(yàn)組揮發(fā)性脂肪酸濃度顯著(P顆粒機(jī)<0.05)升高;16%葡萄籽渣組干物質(zhì)消化率最低,對(duì)照組粗蛋白消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗(yàn)組,對(duì)照組和4%葡萄籽渣組中性洗滌纖維消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于其他三組,對(duì)照組和12%葡萄籽渣組顆粒機(jī)酸性洗滌纖維消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于其他三組;4%和8%葡萄籽渣組肉牛平均日增重較對(duì)照組分別高170 g/d和140 g/d。[結(jié)論]葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補(bǔ)充料中部分玉米和棉粕可以提高瘤胃揮發(fā)性顆粒機(jī)脂肪酸含量,添加4%和8%葡萄籽渣可以提高肉牛日增重,促進(jìn)瘤胃發(fā)酵,有利于提高肉牛生長(zhǎng)性能。

【Abstract】[Objective] To investigate the effects of di顆粒機(jī)fferent levels of grape seed pomace (GSP) replacing partial corn and cottonseed meal in concentrate 顆粒機(jī)supplements on in vitro rumen gas production, in vitro nutrient digestibility, fermentation paramete顆粒機(jī)rs, and growth performance of Simmental cattle. [Method] Using the rumen simulation technique, corn 顆粒機(jī)and cottonseed meal in concentrate supplements were partially replaced by GSP at proportions of 4%, 顆粒機(jī)8%, 12% and 16%, respectively. The in vitro gas production, fermentation parameters, and in vitro nu顆粒機(jī)trient digestibility of each group were measured. In addition, the growth performance of the cattle 顆粒機(jī)fed with diets in which corn and cottonseed meal were partially replaced by different levels of GSP 顆粒機(jī)was evaluated. [Result] The cumulative gas production increased as the in vitro fermentation period 顆粒機(jī)extended. The 12% GSP group produced the most gas, and there was no significant ( P > 0.05) differen顆粒機(jī)ce in total gas production across the different groups at 72 h of fermentation. There were no signif顆粒機(jī)icant ( P > 0.05) differences in pH value, NH3–N concentration, or bacterial protein content in the 顆粒機(jī)artificial rumen fluid between the different groups after gas production. The concentrations of vola顆粒機(jī)tile fatty acids increased significantly ( P < 0.05) in the experimental groups. The digestibility o顆粒機(jī)f dry matter was the lowest in the 16% GSP group. The digestibility of crude protein in the control 顆粒機(jī)group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than that in the experimental groups. The digestibility o顆粒機(jī)f neutral detergent fiber in the control group and the 4% GSP group was significantly ( P < 0.05) hi顆粒機(jī)gher than that in the other three groups. The digestibility of acid detergent fiber in the control g顆粒機(jī)roup and the 12% GSP group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than that in the other three groups.顆粒機(jī) The average daily gain of the cattle in the 4% and the 8% GSP groups was 170 g/d and 140 g/d higher顆粒機(jī) than that of the control group, respectively. [Conclusion] Replacement of partial corn and cottonse顆粒機(jī)ed meal in concentrate supplements with GSP improved the concentrations of volatile fatty acids in a顆粒機(jī)rtificial rumen fluid. Replacing proportions of 4% or 8% of GSP increased the daily gain and boosted顆粒機(jī) the rumen fermentation of beef cattle, which was conducive to improving the growth performance.

【摘要】[顆粒機(jī)目的]研究顆粒日糧中添加檸條對(duì)灘羊生長(zhǎng)性能、血液生化指標(biāo)、瘤胃發(fā)酵及羊肉品質(zhì)的影響。[方法]選擇體重相近的健康去勢(shì)灘羊20只,隨機(jī)分成兩組,每組10只;對(duì)照組飼喂含有10%菊花粕的顆粒日糧,試驗(yàn)組飼喂顆粒機(jī)含有6%檸條和4%菊花粕的顆粒日糧;開(kāi)展周期為50天的育肥試驗(yàn),測(cè)定灘羊的生長(zhǎng)性能指標(biāo);育肥試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,測(cè)定灘羊血液生化指標(biāo);屠宰后測(cè)定灘羊的屠宰性能指標(biāo),并取瘤胃液測(cè)定瘤胃發(fā)酵指標(biāo);取背腰最長(zhǎng)肌,測(cè)顆粒機(jī)定粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨基酸含量以及脂肪酸組成。[結(jié)果]試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組灘羊的初始體重和終末體重?zé)o顯著(P>0.05)差異;試驗(yàn)組平均日增重較對(duì)照組降低10.84%,差異不顯著(P>0.05);對(duì)照組平均日顆粒機(jī)采食量顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗(yàn)組;兩組試驗(yàn)羊料肉比相同。試驗(yàn)組灘羊血清中的總蛋白含量顯著(P<0.05)高于對(duì)照組,其他血液生化指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著(P>0.05)差異。對(duì)照組灘羊屠宰率比試驗(yàn)組高1.59%顆粒機(jī),差異不顯著(P>0.05);兩組試驗(yàn)羊肝臟重、肝臟指數(shù)、心臟和肺臟重、心臟和肺臟指數(shù)差異不顯著(P>0.05)。試驗(yàn)組灘羊瘤胃液中丁酸濃度顯著(P<0.05)高于對(duì)照組,異戊酸濃度顯著(P<0.05顆粒機(jī))低于對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組灘羊背腰最長(zhǎng)肌中分別檢測(cè)出18種和20種脂肪酸,粗蛋白含量分別為17.51%和20.92%,粗脂肪含量分別為3.22%和3.89%,總氨基酸含量分別為13.25%和14.0顆粒機(jī)9%。[結(jié)論]顆粒日糧中加入檸條對(duì)灘羊生長(zhǎng)性能、血液生化指標(biāo)和屠宰性能影響不明顯,但可改善瘤胃發(fā)酵,豐富羊肉中脂肪酸組成及含量,增加肉中粗蛋白、粗脂肪和氨基酸含量。

【Abstract】[Objecti顆粒機(jī)ve] To assess the effects of adding Caragana korshinskii in pelleted diet on growth performance, blo顆粒機(jī)od biochemical indicators, ruminal fermentation and mutton quality of Tan sheep. [Method] A total of顆粒機(jī) 20 healthy castrated Tan sheep with similar weights were selected and randomly divided into 2 group顆粒機(jī)s with 10 individuals for each group. The control group was fed with pelleted diet containing 10% ch顆粒機(jī)rysanthemum meal, and the experimental group was fed with pelleted diet containing 6% Caragana korsh顆粒機(jī)inskii and 4% chrysanthemum meal instead. A 50-day fattening experiment was conducted, and the growt顆粒機(jī)h performance indicators of the Tan sheep were determined; after the fattening experiment, the blood顆粒機(jī) biochemical indexes were measured; the slaughter performance indicators were evaluated, and the rum顆粒機(jī)inal fluid samples were collected after slaughter to assess the ruminal fermentation indicators; and顆粒機(jī) the contents of ether extract, crude protein and amino acids as well as the contents and compositio顆粒機(jī)n of fatty acids in longissimus dorsi muscle were determined. [Result] No significant ( P > 0.05) di顆粒機(jī)fferences in initial weights and final weights in the fattening experiment between the experimental 顆粒機(jī)group and the control group were observed; while the average daily gain of the experimental group wa顆粒機(jī)s reduced by 10.84% compared with the control group, and no significant difference was found ( P >0.顆粒機(jī)05); the average daily feed intake of the control group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than th顆粒機(jī)at of the experimental group; and the two groups had the same feed to gain ratio. The experimental g顆粒機(jī)roup had significantly ( P < 0.05) higher serum total protein concentration compared with the contro顆粒機(jī)l group, and there were no significant ( P > 0.05) differences in the other tested blood biochemical顆粒機(jī) indexes. The slaughter rate of the control group was 1.59% higher than that of the experimental gro顆粒機(jī)up, but no significant ( P > 0.05) difference was observed; there were no significant ( P > 0.05) di顆粒機(jī)fferences in liver weights, liver indexes, heart and lung weights and heart and lung indexes between顆粒機(jī) the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group had significantly ( P < 0.05) 顆粒機(jī)higher butyric acid concentration and significantly ( P < 0.05) lower isovaleric acid concentration 顆粒機(jī)in ruminal fluid compared with the control group. A total of 18 and 20 kinds of fatty acids were det顆粒機(jī)ermined in longissimus dorsi muscle of the control group and the experimental group, respectively. T顆粒機(jī)he contents of crude protein, ether extract and total amino acids of the control group and the exper顆粒機(jī)imental group were 17.51% and 20.92%, 3.22% and 3.89%, and 13.25% and 14.09%, respectively. [Conclus顆粒機(jī)ion] Addition of Caragana korshinskii in pelleted diet has no obvious impacts on most of the indicat顆粒機(jī)ors associated with growth performance, blood biochemistry and slaughter performance of Tan sheep, b顆粒機(jī)ut improves the ruminal fermentation and enriches the fatty acids composition and concentrations as 顆粒機(jī)well as increases the contents of crude protein, ether extract and total amino acids in mutton.

Effects of Different Pelleted Diets on Growth Performance, Nutrient A顆粒機(jī)pparent Digestibility, and Serum Biochemical Indexes in Fattening Tan Sheep

【摘要】旨在探究不同顆粒日糧對(duì)育肥羊生長(zhǎng)性能、養(yǎng)分顆粒機(jī)表觀消化率及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響。選取體重相近、(70±10)日齡的灘羊羯羔羊60只,隨機(jī)分為4組:對(duì)照組(n=15)、試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組(n=15)、試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組(n=15)、試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組(n=15)。對(duì)照組飼喂自配全顆粒機(jī)混合日糧(40%自配精飼料+60%自配粗飼料),試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組飼喂50%自配全混合日糧(20%自配精飼料+30%自配粗飼料)+50%育肥羊全混合顆粒飼料,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組飼喂育肥羊全混合顆粒飼料,試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組飼喂45%顆粒機(jī)顆粒化精補(bǔ)料+55%草顆粒飼料。飼喂試驗(yàn)預(yù)試期16 d,正試期87 d。測(cè)定各組育肥羊的試驗(yàn)初重和試驗(yàn)?zāi)┲?,?jì)算試驗(yàn)期間的平均日增重。記錄各組育肥羊的采食情況,計(jì)算平均日采食量和料重比。飼喂試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)顆粒機(jī),采用常規(guī)方法測(cè)定并比較各組干物質(zhì)、有機(jī)物、粗蛋白質(zhì)和中性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率,以及血清生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的平均日增重最高,顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組和試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組,極顯著(P<0.01)顆粒機(jī)高于對(duì)照組;試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的平均日采食量顯著(P<0.05)低于試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組和對(duì)照組;試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的料重比最低,分別比對(duì)照組、試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組和試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組降低了60.63%、35.69%、9.41%。試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的干物質(zhì)、有機(jī)物顆粒機(jī)、粗蛋白質(zhì)和中性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率均高于其他3組,其中,粗蛋白質(zhì)的表觀消化率與其他3組差異均顯著(P<0.05)。各組育肥羊血清生化指標(biāo)差異均不顯著(P>0.05)。綜上提示,飼喂全混合顆粒日糧能夠顆粒機(jī)改善灘羊育肥羊生長(zhǎng)性能,提高養(yǎng)分表觀消化率,對(duì)育肥羊健康無(wú)明顯影響。

【Abstract】This study aimed to assess the effects of different pell顆粒機(jī)eted diets on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and serum biochemical indexes in 顆粒機(jī)fattening sheep. A total of 60 wether lambs at ages of 70 ±10 days of Tan sheep with similar weights顆粒機(jī) were selected and randomly divided into a control group ( n = 15), an experimental group Ⅰ ( n = 15顆粒機(jī)), an experimental group Ⅱ ( n = 15), and an experimental group Ⅲ ( n = 15). The control group fed 1顆粒機(jī)00% self-prepared total mixed ration (40% self-prepared concentrate + 60% self-prepared forage), the顆粒機(jī) experimental group Ⅰ fed 50% self-prepared total mixed ration (20% self-prepared concentrate + 30% 顆粒機(jī)self-prepared forage) + 50% commercially available total mixed pelleted diet for fattening sheep, th顆粒機(jī)e experimental group Ⅱ fed 100% commercially available total mixed pelleted diet for fattening sheep顆粒機(jī), and the experimental group Ⅲ fed 45% pelleted concentrate supplement + 55% pelleted forage. The fe顆粒機(jī)eding experiment included a 16 days pre-test period and an 87 days formal test period. The experimen顆粒機(jī)tal fattening sheep in different groups were weighed at the beginning and end of the experiment, and顆粒機(jī) the average daily gains during the feeding experiment were calculated. The feed intakes were observ顆粒機(jī)ed and recorded, and the average daily feed intakes and feed/gain were calculated. At the end of the顆粒機(jī) feeding experiment, the apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and ne顆粒機(jī)utral detergent fiber as well as the serum biochemical indexes were determined using routine methods顆粒機(jī). The indicators associated with growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and serum bioc顆粒機(jī)hemical indexes among different groups were statistically compared. The results showed that the high顆粒機(jī)est average daily gain was observed in experimental group Ⅱ, which was significantly ( P < 0.05) hig顆粒機(jī)her than those of the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group Ⅲ, and was extremely significa顆粒機(jī)ntly ( P < 0.01) higher than that of the control group; the average daily feed intake of the experim顆粒機(jī)ental group Ⅱ was significantly ( P < 0.05) lower than those of the experimental group Ⅰ and control顆粒機(jī) group; the experimental group Ⅱ had the lowest feed/gain, which was decreased by 60.63%, 35.69%, an顆粒機(jī)d 9.41% compared to the control group, the experimental group Ⅰ, and the experimental group Ⅲ, respe顆粒機(jī)ctively. The apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and neutral deterg顆粒機(jī)ent fiber of experimental group Ⅱ was higher than those of the other three groups, and a significant顆粒機(jī) ( P < 0.05) difference was observed in the apparent digestibility of crude protein. There were no s顆粒機(jī)ignificant ( P > 0.05) differences in serum biochemical indexes among different groups. In summary, 顆粒機(jī)feeding a total mixed pelleted diet improves the growth performance and increases the nutrient appar顆粒機(jī)ent digestibility of the fattening Tan sheep, and has no obvious affection on their health.
